2. Estimated Delivery Times
Processing & Production: 2–5 business days
Shipping Time: 5–30 business days (depending on destination)
You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped, so you can follow your treasure’s journey right to your doorstep.

3. Custom Duties & Import Taxes
Some countries may charge customs fees or import taxes when your order arrives.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees, thus, they are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs.
Our products are shipped from multiple facilities located in the America, Europe, and Asia, and we always try to fulfill your order from the location closest to you to reduce shipping time whenever possible.
Important Note
We do not collect any local taxes or duties on your behalf.
By placing an order and making payment for your selected products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any applicable customs or import fees in your country/region.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs, we are unable to issue refunds for the order.
