Refund Policy

1. Order Issues & Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We’ll gladly replace the affected product(s) after verifying the problem with our production partner.

2. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Since each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, colour preference, or change of mind.
Please review your order details carefully before checkout.

 

 

3. Refunds

We do not accept refunds.

A complimentary replacement will be arranged in the following cases: 

  • If the product arrives damaged or faulty.

  • If  you have received the wrong item or print.

  • If your order is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.

 

 

4. Process for Replacement

To request a replacement:

  • Email us at [support@huboftreasures.net] within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue

  • We will review your case and update you within 3–5 business days

 

 

5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after you have made payment because production begins once the order has been placed. Therefore, cancellation is not possible.​
