How it works
1. Decide on the item you would like to personalise i.e. mugs, notebooks, or journals.

2. Kindly take your slot number and choose a personalisation level that suits your vision.

3. Fill the form based on your selected level and submit.

For level 1 - add your text

For level 2 - upload​ your art / image

For level 3 - request a custom design with a detailed description.
4. You will receive an automatic email which confirms that we have received your order.
5. We will work on your personalisation request only if it aligns with our terms and creative standards.
6. You will receive a confirmation email with design mock-ups of your personalised product.
7. Once you approve your final design, your personalised piece will be listed in The Bespoke Atelier for you to purchase.
8. For level 2 & 3, you can request revisions or more editions of your design.
Please Note: Revisions exceeding the included limit are subject to a $5 fee per additional revision.
9. After purchase, your personalised product will be listed as "sold out" ensuring no one else can purchase the same item.
10. Your personalised product will remain in our Bespoke Atelier Gallery as a lasting signature of our collaboration for visitors to admire or use as inspiration.
Please Note: To preserve exclusivity, level 3 designs can be used as references but they will not be replicated for another customer.​
